Positive: Everything was amazing, this accomodation is great for a group of friends, a couple or even for families. All facilities provided are functional, the kitchen is well equipped, you can even fo your laundry, which we appreciated on our interrail journey. There is a supermarket about 10 meters from the entrance door and all the Pau landmarks are no more than a 15 minute walk away.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Pau. The location is excellent to explore the old town and to do day trips by car. The apartment is large comfortable well equipped and the car parking across the road was both convenient and inexpensive. Highly recommend to others to stay here

Positive: The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished. Location was great for access to restaurants and the Pau castle/ old town. The guest information provided (restaurants, bakery, groceries) was very helpful and appreciated.
Negative: No material issues, just modest inconveniences. Most of the communication was in French (which is understandable but creates challenges). The option to request comms in other languages would be helpful. But the info specific to our booking was in English, so I assumed the French messages were just automatic updates. But you never know if you're ignoring something important. Would prefer to have access codes 24 hrs in advance to avoid issues while in transit, which we have experience in other circumstances. That said, they were delivered promptly the morning of arrival and no issues with the instructions. Travellers should be aware that the building is across the street from a large carpark, and the building itself is rather rundown. But these facts had no impact on our enjoyment of the apartment. Highly recommended.
